Fertilization Program - We only used quality blends of fertilizer and pest control product which meet the highest industry standards.

Note:  In order for us, or any other licensed and certified pesticide company, to apply weed and insect controls to your property, it is required by the NYS-DEC that you to sign a contract outlining the specific applications and target dates of application.  We will also require you to provide us with your neighbors addresses so that we can comply with the "48 Hour - Neighborhood Notification Law", for certain applications.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• April:  Apply Spring Fertilization - Apply Crab Grass & Weed Control - *Apply Lime.

• Mid-May:  A second application of Fertilizer - Crab Grass Control along with Spot spray Broadleaf Weed Control treatment.

• July  Apply a balanced Fertilizer to help your lawn deal with the ravages of Summer.  At this time, we also apply a separate Grub control product that is guaranteed to prevent you from having grubs or the damage that results.

• September:  Apply Fertilizer.  Spot treat Broadleaf weeds.  (Now is the BEST time to Aerate & Seed ...)

• October - November: Apply a slow release Fertilizer which contains more of the minerals and micronutrients that will be stored over the winter to promote new root growth and retard next season problems with snow mold next spring.  *Apply micro-pelletized lime for quicker release to help adjust and maintain the Ph levels in the soil.    

* note -  We have found that by applying half rate applications of Lime, twice a year, will more evenly balance the soil Ph levels.
